- Why is there a 3-user minimum on paid plans?
- FiniteSkills is built for organizations, so every paid plan starts at 3 users. You can add as many additional users as you need at the same per-user price, and you can run the 7-day trial with up to 3 users before paying anything.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
- Nothing is charged automatically. If you choose a paid plan, your workspace continues without interruption. If you do not subscribe, the workspace is suspended, then held in a grace period so you can export your data before it is deleted.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Checkout is processed securely by Razorpay and supports UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and net banking from Indian banks.
- Are prices inclusive of GST?
- Prices are listed in INR per user per month. Applicable GST is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and your invoice reflects it.
- Can I add or remove users mid-cycle?
- Yes. You can add users at any time from the Accounts dashboard; new seats are charged for the remainder of the current billing period. Removed users stop renewing from the next billing cycle.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Upgrades take effect immediately so your team gets the higher quotas straight away. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, and your data is preserved as long as it fits within the new plan’s storage.
- What is your refund policy?
- Your first paid subscription is covered by a 7-day full-refund guarantee, unintended renewals reported within 7 days are refunded, and billing errors are always refunded in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Plans can be billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually or biennially — longer cycles are shown at checkout.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- You keep full access until the end of the paid period, followed by a read-only grace period to export mail (via IMAP) and files. After the grace period, your organization’s data is permanently deleted.
- Is international pricing available?
- Pricing is currently published in INR and checkout is optimized for Indian payment methods. International teams can write to support@finiteskills.com and we will help you get set up.
