Run payroll

💡Tip. Across the ERP and CRM, statuses like Sent, Paid, Approved and Issued are the triggers that send emails and post to the ledger. They fire once, on the change — fill the email fields so messages actually arrive.
Good to know
I cannot see an app or a module
Access is per user. Your company Admin grants each app and the right role in FiniteAccounts — ask them to enable it for you.
How do I keep my account secure?
Turn on MFA (an authenticator app) in FiniteAccounts. Admins should require it for everyone.
Do I have to do accounting by hand?
No. In the ERP, invoices (when Sent), payslips (when Paid) and expenses (when Approved) post themselves to the ledger.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Each organisation is isolated, and the whole suite is self-hosted on FiniteSkills infrastructure.
