This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for FiniteSkills SaaS Suite subscriptions, including the CRM and ERP add-ons. It applies to all purchases made through finiteskills.com and accounts.finiteskills.com.
1. Free trial
- Every organization can start a 7-day free trial covering up to 3 users on Mail, Drive, Chat and Meet. No payment is collected for the trial.
- At the end of the trial, your workspace is not charged automatically unless you have chosen a paid plan and completed checkout. If you do not subscribe, the trial workspace is suspended and then scheduled for deletion.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- The organization owner can cancel any plan or add-on at any time from the Accounts dashboard at accounts.finiteskills.com, or by writing to support@finiteskills.com from the owner’s registered email address.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your team keeps full access until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.
- After the paid period ends, the workspace enters a read-only grace period before data is deleted, so you have time to export mail and files.
3. Refunds
- First purchase guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: if a subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal, provided the workspace has not been materially used after the renewal date.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: charges resulting from billing errors, duplicate payments or failed-then-retried transactions are always refunded in full.
- Partial periods: apart from the cases above, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period that has already started.
- Add-ons: CRM and ERP add-on subscriptions follow the same rules as suite plans.
4. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway.
- Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Any applicable taxes collected on the refunded amount are refunded along with it.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@finiteskills.com from the organization owner’s registered address.
- Include your organization name, the payment date and amount, and the reason for the request.
- We acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day and resolve them within 3 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
