Terms of Service

1. The service

FiniteSkills provides a cloud-based workspace suite comprising Finite Accounts (identity and SSO), FiniteMail (business email), FiniteDrive (file storage), FiniteChat (team messaging), FiniteMeet (video meetings), and optional CRM and ERP add-ons (collectively, "the Service"). The Service is operated by Finite Skills Tech Soft Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated in India.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in India to create an organization account.
• Each organization account is administered by an "Organization Owner" who is responsible for all activity within that account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new organizations (up to 3 users, Mail / Drive / Chat / Meet). No payment is required for the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change plan prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants’ data, our infrastructure, or any third-party system.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or use FiniteMail for mass-marketing without recipient consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service in bulk without our written consent.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Your data

You own all content your organization stores in the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate and deliver the Service. We will not read, analyse, or share your content except as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The FiniteSkills name, logos, software, and documentation are the property of Finite Skills Tech Soft Solutions (OPC) Private Limited and protected by Indian intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

7. Uptime and support

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime across the core suite. Support is provided by email at support@finiteskills.com during business hours (Monday to Friday, IST).

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as-is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Finite Skills Tech Soft Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Accounts dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
• After termination, your data is retained for 30 days in read-only form, then permanently deleted.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in Chennai, India. The courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify the Organization Owner by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
