Quote → Sales Order → Invoice from products and price books.

Tickets and cases with priority, solutions and resolution flow.

Round-robin assignment, deal creation and drip sequences.
REST API & webhooks
Automate leads, deals and invoices over a JSON API.
Getting started
Sign in at crm.finiteskills.com. The sidebar holds Leads, Deals, Accounts, Contacts, Products and Support. Every list is a grid with + New, row-click to edit and export.
Capture & convert leads
Leads → New (name, company, source, score). Work the lead and always set a next action. When it qualifies, Convert creates the Account and Contact in one step.
Manage the pipeline
Create a Deal (value, probability, close date) and drag it across the Pipeline board. The weighted forecast is value × probability, so your dashboard reflects reality.
Quote to cash
Build a Quote from products and price books, convert the accepted quote to a Sales Order, then raise the Invoice. CRM and ERP share the same Accounts organization.
Support & automation
Log tickets and cases with priority, reuse answers from Solutions, and move status to resolution. Workflow automation handles round-robin assignment, deal creation and drip sequences; the REST API automates the rest.
