FiniteOffice is the productivity suite: a word processor, spreadsheet, presentations and PDF tools with real-time co-editing, plus Forms, Notes, a whiteboard Board and a diagram Draw. Included free on Business and above.

Getting started

Open docs.finiteskills.com and sign in. Every app has web, native Windows and Android versions; documents co-edit live across all of them.

Write a document

FiniteDocs is a full word processor — styles, tables, headers and footers, References and a table of contents, find & replace — and exports to DOCX or PDF.

Crunch a spreadsheet

FiniteSheets has formulas, a function browser, conditional formatting with colour scales and native charts (bar, line, pie). Import CSV and undo/redo freely.

Slides & PDF

FiniteSlides builds decks with themes, shapes and transitions, then presents in one click. FinitePDF previews, annotates and fills PDFs.

Forms, Notes, Board & Draw

Collect responses with Forms, capture ideas in Notes, sketch on the whiteboard Board, and diagram flows in Draw.

Tutorials

1Build a spreadsheet with a chart

  1. Open FiniteSheets and enter your data.
  2. Use a formula (e.g. =SUM(B2:B10)) — the function browser helps.
  3. Select the range and insert a bar, line or pie chart.
  4. Share the link to co-edit, or export to XLSX / PDF.

2Write and export a document

  1. Open FiniteDocs and write, using styles for headings.
  2. Insert tables and a table of contents from References.
  3. Invite a colleague to co-edit in real time.
  4. Export to DOCX or PDF when finished.
